Because of growing concern amongst students over the out-of-syllabus questions asked in the board exams, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued fresh guidelines. As per the guidelines, there will be a provision for value-based questions.

CBSE, The board stated that in the exam, a number of questions will be asked wherein other than the questions given after each chapter, a set of questions will also be asked from within the chapter. The questions in concern will be available in the box inside the chapter, for which the board has already given instructions to all the schools. After the board’s guidelines, schools will now have to inform the students about the same.
